What you can request

You can request the deletion of your Royalglow account and the information associated with it — including the name, email address, profile picture and Facebook user ID received through Facebook Login.

How to request deletion

Contact us using any of the options below and tell us you would like your Royalglow account and data deleted. Please include the name or email address linked to your Facebook account so we can identify your account:

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will confirm it with you and then delete your account and associated information within a reasonable period. We will let you know when the deletion is complete. Information we are required to keep by law, if any, will be retained only for as long as required.

Removing the app's access on Facebook

You can also remove Royalglow's access to your Facebook account at any time: in Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Royalglow, and choose Remove. Removing access stops future data sharing; to delete information already received, please also send us a deletion request as described above.
